Spratt Endicott contacted Streamline Office Services to renovate their new property, Linden House. This is a listed building, and the work undertaken on it included both infrastructural concerns (like electrics and tree surgery) and cosmetic additions (like carpet cleaning and the provision of bespoke furniture). This was a huge job, but one which we were eager to undertake!
We landscaped the front courtyard, uplifting everything, laying a new pathway from the pavement to the front door. Then we created a new sub-base and finished it off by laying Cotswold stone gravel. The result is an exterior that conveys professionalism and – dare we say it – a touch of class. This is absolutely on-brand for a celebrated legal team like Spratt Endicott. We finished the exterior with car park lining and some judicious tree surgery, guaranteeing that the area looked tidy and well organised.
The interior of Linden House required even more work. We undertook specialist stone floor and carpet cleaning throughout, and laid new wooden flooring where appropriate. We also provided a sound electrical set up, including lighting, power, and data. Next, we decorated the entire building and added new kitchens, new client toilets, and a comms room to house the firm’s server unit. Nearly done, but there was something missing…
That ‘something’ was the last piece of the puzzle – the adornments that we felt would provide a solid, physical representation of the brand. We had already provided a range of new furniture, along with various layout schematics, but Spratt Endicott needed something that really conveyed their identity. To find it, we sourced a beautiful bespoke boardroom table and reception desk that completed the building’s look and functionality.
The result is that Linden House is now unmistakably a premises fitting for one of the country’s leading law firms.
“Hardworking & committed team. Great work.”
