When time came for Fisher German to update its Banbury office in line with these demands, it turned to Streamline Office Services.
Fisher German had two refurbishment projects in mind when it approached Streamline, both of which we were pleased to undertake. The first was a reconceptualisation and refresh of the company’s client-facing area.
Streamline took a new approach to the area, re-planning the space and supplying a range of new furniture and chairs, before redecorating it to reflect modern trends. We added decoration to the wood paneling, fitted a new carpet, replaced a glass window and added blinds, and installed new lighting and a feature wall with signage.
The second project was more demanding. Fisher German required significant work on its ground floor back offices and staff areas, including the provision of a new kitchen, repairs to the floor, which had suffered from water damage, new taps for the hand basins in the toilets, and new meeting room and office furniture and seating.
This second project also included a number of decorative elements: as well as sourcing and supplying a new carpet, lighting, and decorations, we added window blinds, and cleaned the original stone and tiled floor.
The end result is an office that Fisher German can rest easy knowing is up to their high national standards, and which reflects the highest quality, and most modern innovations, in the business.
“Streamline undertook a project to fully refurbish the reception and property sales area of our offices in Banbury. They delivered everything they said they would within the timeframe and the budget specified. The refurbishment included rewiring, re-carpeting, and some minor building works, painting and decorating as well as providing a new range of modern office furniture. The trades’ people provided by Streamline were all very good and the furniture has proved very durable and was competitively priced. The whole project went smoothly thanks to Mark and his team.”
